During this retreat we aim to relax, rebalance, revitalize, rejuvenate, and refresh your mind and body through the five senses.

We have many unique therapies and activities in in store for you and can design a programe to fit your needs and time available.  This can work both in a corporate setting or a day workshop. We have also created an 8-week holistic health care course which looks at different aspects of integrated natural medicine.

Our team have attended schools, companies, hospitals, emergency workers and prison staff.

What is qigong? How can it help your health.

Qigong is mindful movement and it is simply putting your attention and focus on noticing and feeling what your entire mind and body is experiencing while engaging in movement in that very moment.

Qigong- pronounced chi gong originates in ancient China centuries ago, Modern Qigong is only about 50 years old.

By enjoying regular mindful movement exercises you can revive and refresh your body leaving you refreshed and energized

Chakra Colour Meditation

What is Colour Meditation?

Involves each of seven centres of spiritual power in the human body originating from Sanskrit cakra ‘wheel or circle’, from an Indo-European base meaning ‘turn’, shared by wheel.the energy centres or chakras are situated throughout the body. Every chakra has a colour or colours associated with that area. During this meditation each chakra is explored through the use of colour and  the associated aromatic essential oil and crystal

Crystal healing is a holistic, non-invasive, vibrational energy-based system of healing. The technique uses precisely placed crystals either on and/or around the physical body. Crystals may also be laid in precise geometric patterns (grids) within the environment. Crystals absorb, focus, direct, detoxify, shift, and diffuse energy as they interact with the electromagnetic forces and subtle vibrations within the subtle human or environmental energy field. 

Aromatherapy

What is Aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment that uses natural plant extracts to promote health and well-being. Sometimes it’s called essential oil therapy. Aromatherapy uses aromatic essential oils medicinally to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit. It enhances both physical and emotional health.

Oils can be used blended with a carrier oil and massaged into the skin, used neat in a bath or pulse points or in a burner or diffuser. 

You will be given the opportunity to put together your own personal aromatic blend to take with you.

Sound Baths

What is a sound bath? How can it help your health.

A sound bath is a meditative experience during which a group of people lie down and experience resonant sounds while being bathed in sound waves.

This also involves the use of singing bowls which create an echoing sound.

The chakra sound bowls work on the 7 chakra areas by breaking down the negative energy, balancing the body and creating a sense of harmony.in the listener.

The benefits are relaxation, increased sense of well-being, expanded awareness and access to an inner visionary experience.
